Baby joins us from down South following the loss of her human dad who passed away and who was a foster for us. She has had a lot of change in a short amount of time but has settled into her foster home beautifully and is doing well. She is smart and learning new things. Baby has a beautiful, shiny black coat, and a sweet face.
Baby is best described as being sensitive and very in tune with her human. She can be a bit shy at first; however, she usually warms up quickly. While it isn’t a requirement, we would love to see her have another dog in her adoptive home due to her gentle, soft soul and her love for other dogs. She is a good companion for both people and dogs. Baby does zoomies around the house and enjoys playing with other dogs, and sometimes she just lays with them having quiet time. Her foster home includes 2 senior citizen dogs, a boy and a girl, and another young dog like her, and they all love being around her.
Baby is on the quiet side, not barking much at all. She is a good watch dog though, letting you know when a stranger is nearby. She plays with chewy type toys; however has never chewed anything in her foster home that she is not supposed to have. She loves to ride in a car or go for walks. Baby is very loving and adores attention.
If you work from home, she will lay quietly near you or in her crate. Baby is just over a year old, not that big, and is easy to care for, so she would fit well into any home, and you will be able to enjoy her for many years to come. Baby became available for adoption to her furever home on 6/3/2024. She is being fostered in Reading (Berks County), Pennsylvania.
