My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi. I'm Ricky and I'm totally adorable.
I am very social with other dogs and I even have a canine foster sister who is teaching me how to dog. I like going on trail walks and following my foster fur sister into the water.
I currently live with a senior cat that tolerates me so I think I would be okay with dog savvy kitties as well.

I absolutely love people, especially the little ones. Speaking of tiny humans, don’t be fooled by my small size! I’m going to be a big boy and would benefit from having a family with large breed experience.

My house training is a work in progress but I'm getting better every day. I do fantastic in my crate at bedtime and am able to sleep through the night without an accident. I'm highly food motivated and will do anything for a yummy treat. I’m super smart - I listen to my foster family and you’d be impressed with my recall skills!

If you want a snuggly, fun-loving boy who will do anything for a treat, I'm your guy!

Application, reference checks, home visits, and then a meeting or more before adoption. We DO charge an adoption fee. Our dogs are not Free!
All dogs are:
*spayed/neutered
*vaccinated DHPP+Rabies
*dewormed
*microchipped
*start flea prevention (during flea season)
*of course take care of medical issues/surgeries as needed
* Our dogs are loved in foster homes in the GTA and Surrounding area

We do not adopt out intact dogs so do not ask!

More about this rescue

We rescue mainly Bulldogs and other flat faced dogs!!!! We love the breeds and know they sometimes need extra care and love. Before you consider any of these breeds you should get familiar with the terms; cherry eye, entropian, dry eye, heat stroke, bloat, cruciate and know that sometimes these breeds can develop or have these issues. Also remember they drool, snore, pass gas and breath heavy this is not for everyone, but for us it is normal!
