Meet Star!

Weight: 40 lbs

This lovely gal is ready to find her forever home! This sweet girl can be a little nervous at first but after some sniffs and yummy treats she will open right up! Star is a rambunctious young pup who is looking for an active family to meet her active needs. She loves to run, and play and is very food motivated! Star walks well on leash and knows sit and is eager for her family to teach her more.

Star didn't have the best young life, in terms of socialization. Although, she lived with another dog - she was never really exposed to anything else outside of home. Star would do best as only animal at this time and our team here will be happy to discuss what Stars needs are and how her potential family can best help her.

Star is looking to be outside the city limits, lovely quiet rural setting would be really great for her. She is an active gal, and working her brain will be very important. We'd like Star to meet the whole family prior to going home, and she may need to meet them a couple times before feeling super confident, we believe kiddos 12+ for this gal would be best.

** Star is being placed by our behavior coordinator, and is available by appointment only so she can work closely with Stars adopters to help set her and her family up for success.
