My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These two sister are a phenominal pair. They're not overly needy or rowdy, but enjoy spending quality time with their fellow humans in our building. Harley (black spots) has taken a liking to watching one of our staff members while she works on her computer and has proved to be a great supervisor! Princess enjoys lounging about on a nice blanket or in the warmest sun spot available to her. Don't fret they do get playful, especially if theirs a flirt pole involved. All in all these girls are great and would love a moderately laid back household to call their forever home. If that's you then congratulations your search for the perfect pair is over! Come on up to our shelter and we'll get you all set up for your purrrfect future with these cuties.

This cat is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold cats and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. If you have questions you may email cats@adoptapetfenton.com.

Cat adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), FVRCP vaccine, FeLV/FIV testing (if age-appropriate), deworming, flea preventative and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.

More about this shelter

Adopt-A-Pet, Inc. is committed to helping people and animals in need. We hold ourselves to a high standard – one which looks out for the physical AND mental well-being of our animals. Our mission is to provide a means to place unwanted, adoptable animals into appropriate, loving homes. We are committed to reduce the amount of animals killed daily in overcrowded shelters by providing programs to help. All animals are fixed, vaccinated, tested and microchipped prior to adoption. All potential adopters are screened to ensure an appropriate match is made.

Adopt-A-Pet takes pride ensuring the animals' mental faculties are attended to by utilizing puzzle bowls for feeding, including enrichment activities in their daily care, providing music and olfactory stimulation to take their minds off the shelter. Each animal gets at least one session of training per day.

Adopt-A-Pet is a non-profit, animal center situated on eight acres in Fenton, Michigan. The beautiful grounds include an agility course to keep the dogs busy, four fenced areas for the dogs to play and gorgeous landscaping.
