My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chester (Chess)! A Playful Pup for Active Folks

Chess is a ball of furry energy! This happy, affectionate dog is playful and loves to goof around with his toys. He gets along well with other dogs, both one-on-one and in groups.

The Perfect Pal for Adventures:

Fully housebroken and sleeps soundly in his kennel at night.
A smart pup who already knows his basic commands.
Strong and fit, Chess needs plenty of exercise to keep his mind and body stimulated.
An ideal companion for outdoor adventures and active outings.

Looking for a Loving Home:
Chess would thrive in a home with older children and adults who can keep up with his playful spirit and exercise needs.

Chester can be met by appointment at his foster home in Crompond, NY.

More about this rescue

We work very closely with rescues in southern states to find new homes for dogs and puppies who deserve a family despite their state of origin.

Most of the puppies in our care come from over-crowded shelters in states with extreme over population and high kill rates. Our main goal is to place orphaned and unwanted animals into loving permanent homes.
