Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Meet Honey! A Sweet and Lovable Lab Mix Looking for Her Forever Home**
Honey is a 2-year-old female lab mix with a heart full of love and a gentle, affectionate nature. She’s especially fond of women, but with a little time and patience, she warms up to men as well. While she might be a bit shy at first, once she feels safe, she becomes a playful, loyal companion who loves to cuddle.
Honey has medium energy—she enjoys walks when her foster mom has time and loves running around in the yard. She’s house-trained and knows basic commands like "sit" and "stay," with an eagerness to learn more. She’s also great for someone who works away from home, as she doesn’t have accidents when left alone.
Honey is good with both cats and other dogs, though she might need slow introductions to help her adjust. Her perfect home would be a home without any other pets so there would be no adjustment period. She’s spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and in great health.
One of Honey’s favorite places is her crate, where she feels safe and secure. It’s her own little retreat, and she’s happy to spend time there when needed.
If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, and low-maintenance dog who’s ready to find her forever home, Honey could be the perfect fit! Contact Rover Rescue to learn more or to schedule a meet-and-greet with this special girl.
If you would like to meet this dog please call Teri at 630-897-7454. The adoption fee is $225.
