Meet Kyoko, a kitten with a zest for life that's contagious. Her sweet and friendly nature makes her a joy to be around.
She's playful and energetic, always ready for a game of chase or a wrestling match with her siblings. Kyoko loves to play with her siblings, it might be her favorite thing.
Confidence is Kyoko's middle name. She knows what she likes AND what she doesn't She isn't afraid to let you know one way or the other. But don't be fooled by her feisty spirit, she's also a cuddly companion who enjoys a neck scratch.
Kyoko's personality shines bright, and she's ready to bring her joy to a forever home.
She's not just a pet, she's a friend, a playmate, a confident explorer, and a cuddly comforter. Adopt Kyoko, and let her add a dash of fun, a pinch of adventure, and a whole lot of love to your life.
Kyoko is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
