Daniel is 3-4 months old. He weighs around 20 lb and might be around 45-50 lb when fully grown. He is a cute little fur ball who looks to be a shepherd mix.
He has been in a foster home with his siblings and loves to play. He would really enjoy the company of another dog but would do fine as an only dog with humans who would play with him and give him attention and exercise. He might be a little timid at first with new people and environments but it doesn’t take him long to warm up and be your best friend.
Daniel is very smart and listens to the older dogs in my home when they have had enough and becomes submissive. He loves to play with our cat too. He is a typical puppy and loves to play with children but he is still working on his manners so he can jump and nibble on fingers and toes. He is a typical puppy; he gets the zoomies then takes a nap. His energy level currently is moderate. He would be fine without a fenced yard as long as he goes for frequent walks.
Daniel is working on house training and as long as he is taken outside on a regular schedule, he seldom has an accident. He will need to be taken outside on a regular basis to become fully housebroken. He stays in his crate when I’m not at home and for bedtime; however, he still has potty accidents occasionally when in the crate. I wouldn’t recommend him being in a crate for more than 4 hours until he is fully potty trained.
Daniel has a favorite ball he likes to play with, he loves to go for walks, he likes to play with his foster dogs and cat. He is a great puppy! He has been socialized with dogs of all ages, cat friendly, children aged 5+ and loves to cuddle. He is quite calm and laid back for a puppy.
