My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Frankie!

An (approximately) 8-month-old lover of the house panther variety.

She is fantastically friendly with two-legged creatures, even strangers and kids down to one year. She is the epitome of friendliness, radiating sweetness in her interactions. Frankie is a true 'people cat', always eager to be around humans.
When it comes to other felines, she is a bit sassy; more territorial than aggressive, but probably in need of being solo in a home.

Frankie spends most of her time sleeping in the sun, occasionally chasing a fly that makes it inside or the sparrows from window to window.

She loves snuggles, wrapping up in a fuzzy blanket, and, most importantly, dinner time. Frankie is a true foodie, she is delighted by every meal or treat.

Her calm and social demeanor makes her an ideal companion for those seeking a cuddly and affectionate pet.

Frankie is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email ahsemadopt@yahoo.com.

Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment. Additional adoption info

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
