Here's what the humans have to say about me:
1 year old Little Bear was dropped in a rural shelter and forgotten. He was just so darned cute - and very smart - that we brought him to live with us until he can find his forever home. Bear is very shy with strangers - especially men. He does warm up - it just takes a little time. He is also very sensitive and fearful of loud noise such as gunfire. Bear is very healthy, vaccinated with core vaccines, and tested negative for heartworm, lymes, ehrlichia, and anaplasmosis. He has been wormed and given flea preventative, and neutered. He is ready to be someone special's very best friend. We cannot say enough good things about Little Bear. He is a VERY special dog. If you think you would be a good forever home for him, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org)
