My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Axl! He is a sweet 1 1/2 month old Chihuahua mix baby boy that is so loving and always ready to give you kisses. He loves playing with his baby brothers and his humans as well as his favorite toys. He also loves to take a nap with his toys during the day. He is playful yet a  sensitive little boy who will sit there and wait till he gets your attention and with his spunky personality he will definitely keep you in love as well as entertained. Axl currently sleeps with his little brothers with lots of comfy blankets in his playpen. If you want to add this cute little one to your family get your application in today. He will be ready to go to his forever home on August 9th.

More about this rescue

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
