Hi! I am Moussie! I was rescued by Happy Tails from Whiteside Animal Control on my euthanasia day. I was so afraid and scared there. I immediately warmed up and felt comfy and cozy with my new friends. I am a goofy fun loving girl who will entertain you and be your best friend. I do have some issues with other dogs ( I don't like to share my toys). And can be a bit jealous with attention. I ignore cats, but love to chase birds! I am a pure bred pocket pitty with a beautiful muted coat. I am stunning they tell me! I have been spayed, microchipped, hw negative, been on preventatives and flea and tick prevention. . Additional adoption info

All pet adoptions require a completed adoption application. Our office staff and volunteers act as matchmakers to find animals good homes. Your responses on the adoption application help them make a good match. You can also take our Meet Your Match survey (see below), which matches adopters with pets.

Adopters must be 21 years of age and live within 200 miles of our shelter.

The adoption fee is designed to offset some of the expenses we incur in caring for each animal.

Dogs - $200
Puppies - $250 (6 months and younger)
Cats - $25 (seniors), $65 (adult cats)
Kittens - $80 (kittens 6 months and under)
