Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Aster, an older girl with a heart full of gentleness and sweetness. She just came back from an awesome foster home where her foster reports:
"Aster is a cuddle bug and she has so much love to give. Aster has slept in bed with me every night since she's been with me. She made herself right at home as soon as she walked in the door. She loves people so much and is highly food motivated (especially string cheese).
Aster is 9, but don't let her age fool you! Aster moves like a dog half her age and loves to go on walks around the neighborhood. She is equally as content napping on the couch curled up at my feet.
Recently I took aster on a little road trip to Waynesboro and she did great in the car . She hopped right in and was ready for adventure. Please consider adopting Aster! She's the best girl and deserves a forever home"
Aster is such a gem and deserves a loving home! Come and meet her today!

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
