My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Sugar Cookie, a kitty as sweet as her namesake!

Every morning, she'll be the first to greet you with a joyful run, excited to start the day by your side. When you return home, her warm welcome will melt your worries away!

Sugar Cookie adores head scritches and pets, basking in your affection-though she has a playful way of letting you know when she's had enough (but don't worry, that's a rare occurrence!).

Her curiosity knows no bounds; she loves to follow you around the house, eager to see what you're up to. Playtime is one of her favorite times, especially with her beloved feather wand and laser pointer, where she showcases her playful spirit and agility.

If you're looking for a loving companion who brings sweetness and joy into every moment, Sugar Cookie is the purr-fect addition to your home!

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed every TUE-THUR from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
