My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾🌟 Meet Novalee Nation one of the "Where the Heart Is" Puppies! 🌟🐾

Novalee is a fun-loving let's play kind of puppy. She has been to events and been an angel with people and kids. She is social with other dogs as well. Novalee is 5 months old, currently weighs 28 lbs and will likely be around the 40 lb size full grown but no guarantees as we do not know his exact breeds. We are guessing him to be a beagle/german shepherd mix but that is just a guess as he was one of 5 puppies found starving on the side of the road last month.

Novalee Nation is all fattened up now and ready to find his own family.

Adoption fee is $250, includes vaccines, dewormer, flea & tick treated, and will be microchipped and scheduled for neuter upon adoption.

You can apply online for them at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sr2794&method=online_form_html&formid=21 OR stop in to the shelter 12- 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.

Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption.
