We DO NOT adopt out of state
Ruger aka Rooster was left to fend for himself on a farm when his Mom got sick. He was there with other dogs and enjoys the company of another dog. He was never really socialized with people and is leary of them UNTIL he gets to know them. Once he knows he is safe he is the happiest lil guy. So full of love.His foster leaves him out when at work and never worries about him chewing up things. He will needs a patient person that understands him. Another pup will help to ease his fears too.
