Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care.

Penny is living in a foster home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Penny is about two years old and weighs a very petite four pounds. She was turned in as a stray in Texas, and no one ever claimed her. She is so sweet and very personable! She loves to dance around on her back legs and also enjoys being picked up. She is crate trained and uses a dog door in her foster home. Penny is very cuddly and LOVES to give kisses! Penny has experience living with other dogs, but does not have experience with cats or children.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
