My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It’s become so common for people to “find” stray kittens on the street. Wendy was one such kitten. She was found wandering the streets of Passaic at only six weeks old—no mother or siblings to be found. We couldn’t say no to her and brought her to the FOWA foster program where she has thrived. She was born April 23rd and will soon be spayed, tested, vaccinated and microchipped. If interested in giving a loving home to Wendy, apply on-line at www.fowarescue.org.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees vary, but in general dog adoption fees are $200 and up and cat fees are $125.00. These fees cover all medical costs such as routine shots, microchipping and spay/neutering of dogs as well fostering.

To qualify you must be over 18 and approved in the adoption process.

FOWA Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) (nonprofit) rescue organization based in Wayne, NJ serving the North Jersey area, dedicated to the welfare, sheltering and placement of homeless animals. We are committed to educating the public about the humane treatment of animals, preventing animal cruelty and overpopulation and promoting animal welfare.
