My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes: Mickey is an affectionate, playful little guy. He loves to cuddle on the couch but he also enjoys chasing a laser pointer and tussling with his plush toy llama.

Mickey is very curious, will not hesitate to peek into any open cabinets or closets. He loves to sleep in silly positions and lurk around the corners keeping an eye on you no matter where you go. He can be slow to warm up and loves to hide, but tolerates being picked up and snuggled. Also a big fan of his toys he loves to play.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!

Mickey tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
