My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Augusta was adopted from Young-Williams as a puppy as was selected for her playful and friendly temperament. She hasn't changed at 11 1/2 months old! She is a high energy, free-spirited dog that is sort of touch-and-go with both people and dogs - very intelligent and cute, but no attention span! Unfortunately (the same reason I had to quit my second job) I don't have the patience or energy to keep up anymore. Without the second job, I also don't have the money to spend on a dog walker or professional training to help her with her energy and intelligence. Augusta never quite bonded with me despite being with me for almost 10 months now, as we have incompatible personalities, as it turns out! We've both been trying to make it work, but she needs better than what I can offer her. Augusta could really use a yard, and preferably even another canine pal to tussle with!
