My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Harper is a big boy that is just a love-bug. He was turned over to DCC due to a family crisis. He's a bit confused as to why he's homeless but is being a good sport about it. He's a very laid-back individual that is easy to fall in love with. Hopefully he'll find another home soon so he can be out of the life of a shelter cat.

More about this rescue

We are a rescue group on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that fosters cats and kittens in our homes until they are ready to be adopted. All our fosters are spayed or neutered, SNAP tested, given meds for fleas and parasites and have all shots that are age appropriate. We put our adoptable pets in Petsmart for the public to interact with and to fill out adoption paperwork. We are a nonprofit organization that operates with a staff of volunteers that manage the adoption center at Petsmart, staff shows and adoptathons throughout the year and take homeless cats and kittens into their homes until they are ready for adoption. We are totally dependent on grants and donations to cover our expenses for our foster cats.
