Hello there, I'm Boots. My life revolves around cuddles and purrs. I'm a mellow soul, always ready to share a moment of peace with anyone who'll sit with me. My heart is full of love and loyalty. I'm the kind of cat who'll always be by your side, a gentle companion through life's ups and downs. I do have asthma, so I need to take an inhaler once a day. My foster mom will show you how to help me. I'm looking for a forever home where I can share my sweetness and warmth. Adopting me means gaining a friend who'll love you unconditionally.

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
