My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Jack

Breed: Husky/Shepherd Mix

Gender: Male

About Jack: Introducing Jack, the 2-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix with a heart of gold and eyes that are as unique as his personality! Jack’s iridium heterochrony gives him striking different-colored eyes that are as captivating as his loyal, loving nature. He’s not just a pretty face, though—this handsome fellow is a protective watchdog with a keen ear for anything unusual around the home.

Jack is a bit of a dominant personality, but his protective instincts and affectionate nature make him an amazing companion, especially for families with female dogs. He’s great with kids and other dogs, although he prefers to keep his distance from cats. With a bit of love and a soft place to land, Jack is all set to make his way from Mexico to his forever home in WA. Ready for a dog who combines loyalty with a touch of mystery and a whole lot of love? Jack is eager to meet you and start his new adventure!

They are currently in Mexico awaiting a family committed to a 10-day trial. If interested, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org. The adoption fee is $550 and includes up-to-date vaccines, a negative heartworm test, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
