Winnie is a young sweet girl that was picked up as a stray. She was emaciated and went into a foster home with other dogs where she played well and loved to follow them around. She knows a few commands and is a quick learner. She adored the children in the home as well. She is housebroken, takes her treats gently and loves squeaky toys. She is absolutely obsessed with water and loves the kiddie pool at the shelter.
