My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fyona!

Fyona is an 8 year old DSH brown tabby. She is house trained, up to date on their vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, and is ready for adoption!

Fyona is unbelievably cuddly and loves to get snuggles. She even loves to be picked up! She has the biggest purr and sometimes just seeing her fosters is enough to get her going! She’s such a love bug! Her favourite activities include: lounging with her humans, napping on the couch/bed, or watching the wildlife from the screen door! She’s a beautiful cat with gorgeous patterns that are perfectly symmetrical. She deserves so much love! Fyona doesn't get along with other animals (cats or dogs) and would be best in a more mature household!

As we are a rescue group, we don't have a shelter, just loving foster homes throughout Muskoka. Please contact us to make an appointment to see an animal.

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer-based, donation-only service that provides adoption services for people who are looking for a new furry addition to their family. We also provide non-judgemental, supportive help for people who are surrendering their companion animals.

We provide free advice and suggestions to people who are experiencing issues with their pets, including but not limited to behavioural issues, training advice, surrender help, and much more: spay/neuter education, advice and referrals.

We have a screening process that includes an application, telephone screen and a home visit to make sure the people are "as good as they sound on the phone". We also contact their vet and do a reference check.

We are committed to helping people find homes for their pets because we care about our community and love animals.
