Hi my name is Raya! I'm small, sweet and adorable. I'm the puppy you want without all the puppy antics. I'm calm, quiet and I stick to chewing on my toys. I do jump occasionally and don't know many commands yet so a puppy class might not be a bad idea. I am fully kennel trained and I actually love my kennel and will walk right in, lay down, and won't make a peep until you let me out. I'm doing well with house training if I'm kept on a schedule, but I'm quiet so if you aren't paying attention I might still have an accident. I'm great with the cats in my foster home and I love playing with my foster siblings and giving them kisses. I would do best in a house with a dog or 2 to play with as I can be a bit timid at first. I like to have a friend to show me the layout and teach me things aren't so scary. I also recently discovered I love the pool we have in my foster home and very much am I water dog. That would make me great for beach days, boat days and camping if you're into that too. If you
would like to meet the sweetest girl, apply to meet me.

Go meet their pets

Meet our pets through our website, Facebook and fundraisers throughout Southern WI. We are an all foster based rescue and do not have a physical shelter.

More about this rescue

Hoping Fur A Home is a volunteer run dog rescue organization serving the Southern, WI area. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.
