Hello Peeps! My name is Daffy. I am on the search for my forever family. Foster mama says that I am a good boy. I love to be where foster mama is. I follow her from room to room and keep myself busy chewing on a bone. I am crate trained and sleep quietly through the night. I do well with going potty outside on a schedule. I have experience living with a 9 year old girl and the resident dogs. I love them all. I enjoy playing with the dogs who are both big and small. Sometimes we play chase and other times we play keep away with toys. Just typical doggy fun. While I am curious about the cats, I do leave them alone. Foster mama says I am making progress with some basic commands. I still jump up sometimes, but I am fairly gentle. I am also learning to sit. I am getting really good at sitting and waiting for my food, even waiting until my foster mom says it is ok for me to eat. It is so hard, but I just stare at her and wait. I really want to please and accept redirection well. I also have a great recall. I love to snuggle! Foster mama says I have no idea what personal space is. Need a lap warmer? No problem. Headrest? Done!. Maybe you just want a furry parrot for your shoulder? Yep, I’ve got you covered! I just love to be on your lap in the evenings, there are no ifs, ands, or buts about it! I also enjoy car rides, space to run, and meeting new people. I would love the company of another dog to play with, but it is not a requirement. I would love a life of adventures and snuggles. I would also love to continue to work on my manners so that I can be the best boy possible. I promise to give you endless love, snuggles, and kisses.
