9-year-old Kuzco needs a loving new home after his family moved and did not make any plans for him. Thankfully, he is currently being fostered while he waits for a family who will love him for the rest of his life. Might that be you?
Kuzco is super sweet, weighs about 60 lbs., is neutered, and up-to-date on shots. He is a gentle, mellow guy who just wants to be close to his people.
Exercise:
Kuzco enjoys walks around the neighborhood, wandering the yard, and playing fetch. He is also happy to just lay on the couch next to you.
Behavior When Alone:
When left alone at home, Kuzco is well-behaved and mostly sleeps. He's a low-maintenance companion in this regard.
Response to Strangers:
Kuzco is friendly and welcoming to everyone he meets. He loves being around people.
Behavior Around Children:
Kuzco is wonderful with children! He has a great rapport with his foster's granddaughter, who is almost 2 years old. They enjoy laying on the floor together, and Kuzco gently takes food from her hand. He's affectionate and gentle around her.
Behavior Around Other Animals:
Kuzco is very friendly with other dogs. He may get a bit playful and excited, but he responds well to correction and quickly moves on.
Kuzco is good with cats. He'll happily lay next to them but won't pay them much attention.
Food and Toy Behavior:
Kuzco is very gentle with his food, treats, and toys. He'll calmly accept food from your hand and does not react if someone takes something from him. There have been no incidents of aggression related to food or toys.
Kuzco is a loving, well-adjusted dog who would make a great addition to any home. He's good with kids, gets along well with other dogs, and is indifferent to cats. If you're looking for a friendly, easy-going companion, Kuzco is your guy!
