Meet Happy, a fitting name for this joyful, happy-go-lucky pup! At just a year old, Happy has a wonderful personality that shines wherever he goes. He walks easily on a leash and loves stopping for pets, often leaning in for extra affection-he just can't get enough!

This friendly boy adores meeting new people and is always up for a good walk, especially when he gets some time to sniff around and explore. He's a bit like a lab in his mannerisms and, of course, he's a big fan of treats, making him likely easy to train.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

The Fulton County Animal Services shelter is open seven days a week:
Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
