My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy!

Lucy is an adorable, confident, and playful young lady who would make a great addition to your home. Check out that cute spot on her nose giving her face the perfect extra touch of character and the black spot on her stomach that looks like an oversized belly button! Her confidence is evident as she interacts with humans and other cats, or explores her surroundings. She's not a scaredy cat. Lucy loves to play - her favorites are wand toys and plastic springs. Sometimes she'll even bring back the springs to show you how smart she is and how much she wants to keep playing!

Lucy loves playing with the two other cats in her foster home and would be a fantastic companion to a playful cat you may already own. Let them get out all their energy together and then come to you when it's time for quiet snuggles! Speaking of snuggles, Lucy loves to be on the go exploring, running, and playing. Once she is done, though, she likes to show her humans some kitten love. She'll climb up on your chest if you're sitting watching tv or reading a book, and then nuzzle up purring and giving little kisses to your cheeks and chin before settling in and falling asleep.

Since Lucy's main interest is playing and exploring, if you pick her up, she often does a lot of wriggling to get back to doing what she loves. For this reason, she might be best in a home with children older than 5 who won't try picking her up all the time and get caught up in her wriggly limbs.

Lucy knows to use the litter box and scratching posts and will be spayed, microchipped, and have all her initial tests and shots. She is ready to go to her forever home as a new member of your family!
