My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

With adoption, you will get all of his toys, bed, leashes, heart-worm medications, food and bowls, poop bags for years, and most of all his love. Boomer is 8 years old and has been a wonderful member of our family. He holds many typical shiba characteristics: likes to be around humans but not on them or licking them, rarely barks, clean (rarely need to bath), smart, and stubborn. He knows a few party tricks even. Overall, he has been very low maintenance and in great health with the exception of seasonal allergies.

Boomer does not do well around other dogs anymore due to a few instances of off leash dog attacks. While he was never injured in the events, he will become very protective. Boomer has been tremendous around all humans his entire life without a single instance of aggression, but this week he growled at our 2 year old unprovoked. We believe he needs to be in a home with older kids (or no kids) and no other pets.
