Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snoopy is a loving dog who likes to cuddle and run and play. He was raised with a cat when he was a puppy and sometimes meows. He would probably be OK with a cat, but would chase it a lot and annoy it.

He is very tiny weighing in at only 5 pounds.

He has struggled with potty training, and we put a wrap on him when he is running around the house. This seems to work pretty well. Snoopy is a vocal dog who whines when he doesn’t get enough attention and is scared of thunderstorms.

We have been too busy to properly attend to his needs since he likes a lot of attention.

He is purebred and registered with the AKC. We have the paperwork to be provided to the new owner.
