Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Farm. Farm came into the shelter with her mom Prairie. Despite her mom being the sweetest with people, Farm was not so sure. She thought we were very scary and did her best to try to scare us away. She was soon sent to a foster home that had very social kittens, who showed Farm that people weren't so bad. It took her awhile to realize her foster mom wasn't scary but fast movements would still terrify her. Her foster mom soon realized that she really liked pets. Like a lot! She is a sucker for some good butt and chin scratches. She has thrived in a cat household as they have showed her how great people can be. She has even become comfortable around her foster mom's dogs. While she is thriving in her foster home the shelter is still scary to her, so she would do best in a foster to adopt setting with her new family so she can adjust to her new home. Her idea home is one without children, that has cats and would be okay if there are cat friendly dogs. Farm has become best friends with Shep and the pair must be adopted together.
