Molly Mae is looking for a family that will give him the life she deserves, after she, and her companions were abandoned by their former family, at 14 years of age, to a high kill shelter, where they were placed on the euthanasia list immediately, simply due to their ages. Luckily for them, Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue stepped up and pulled them from the shelter, and their places on the list. Now, Molly has seen the amazing vet at Chico Pet Vet, received a full dental, was spayed and received all of her vaccines; Molly is deemed healthy and adoptable and is looking for a home to spend out the rest of her golden years. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. 

Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.
