My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max, along with Rosey, Hazel, Princess, and Leo, sadly had to come to our shelter due to a change in the owner's housing's rules. He is used to living with cats and kids but has not recently lived with a dog. That doesn't necessarily mean that he can't live with a dog, just that we can't know exactly how he will react. He could likely get used to a cat-friendly dog that won't chase him after a slow introduction. Whoever adopts him will have to keep an eye on and brush his coat to prevent it from becoming matted.

Max is a very sweet boy, but he's a tab bit timid at first, so a home on the quieter side might be the best fit for him. Once he gets used to his new home, we just know that his personality will truly shine through!

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, de-wormed, tested for FeLV/FIV, and treated for fleas before adoption.
