My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact the Cat Team (catapplications@graspinc.org) for more information about this pet.

DOB:  04/18/24

Sailor came to GRASP at about 3 weeks old when the mama cat was hit by a car. Being hand-raised, he is friendly and people-oriented! He is very playful, but has an overall laid-back personality. Sailor is loving and gentle. He has been RV camping with his foster family every weekend, and to work with his foster mom during the week, so he has met a lot of new people including adults and children, and is very well-adjusted to change.

He resides in his foster home with his sibling, Marina, who is also available for adoption, as well as two young adult female cats. He is very respectful of them and prefers to roughhouse with his sister.

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
