Meet Biggie Boy Boston! Boston is a 10-11 year old, domestic short hair. He is a BIG boy weighing about 15-17 pounds. Boston was returned to paws and prayers at no fault of his own. His owners were unable to provide care for him. Boston is listed as “special needs” as he has chronic upper respiratory infections and occasionally needs a round of antibiotics (they are inexpensive). We are looking for a foster or adoptive home for Boston. Boston’s adoption fee is $80. He is very friendly and will be your best friend!

Paws and Prayers Cats are spay/neuter, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
