Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET JULIA AND CLEO!
We don't know why these pretty sisters (Yes, they're sisters!) are still waiting for their forever home. We've had them since they were frightened, 4-month-old kittens last summer. They were born outside after their mother was abandoned in a rural area. They're double lucky, first that they were able to dodge all the predators out there and then for landing a coveted spot with Becca, one of our amazing fosters.
Julia, the gorgeous lynx point Siamese, and Cleo, her sleek black sissy with a white blaze on her chest, are about 10 months old now. They've been spayed, wormed, vaccinated and are good girls with their litter box. They've been fostered with older kids, other cats and a dog and get along well with all their foster family members. Because of their scary start in life, both are a little shy with new people, so will need some settling in time in their new home. Becca, who knows them best, feels they'll do much better adopted together since where one is, the other is bound to be nearby and they always sleep together too. Who would want to break up that team?
Here's what Becca has to say about her girls:
Julia is a very sweet kitty, but she will need some time and patience at first. She's well worth the effort though! Once she gets to know and trust you, she will absolutely love and adore you. She's become my very best buddy, and will feel the same way about her new family, once she settles in. A calm, adult home or one with older kids would be the best fit for her. Loud noises and a lot of commotion just aren't in her comfort zone.
Cleo is also a bit shy at first with new people. Once she settles in, she's the more outgoing and snuggly of the two and will purr away contentedly while you pet her. She's very, very sweet, and will love all over you once you get her seal of approval. She'll rub up against you and talk and talk, especially if treats or canned cat food are on the menu. An absolute love bug, she must know black cats have to try harder! Give Cleo a little time and patience and she'll be wonderful!
If you're the family these sweet sisters have been waiting for all their lives, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. For a $100 adoption fee for the pair and a little time on your part, they'll love you forever. As you will them!
