My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm a sweet kitten who's destined to be a big fella when I grow up. Despite my size, I have a heart as soft as a marshmallow. I absolutely adore lounging around and soaking up the sun, finding the coziest spots in the house to relax.

One of my favorite things in the world is being held. I melt into pure bliss when cradled in loving arms, and I especially enjoy being held upside down—it's like my own little adventure in the air!

I'm incredibly gentle, whether it's playing with toys or interacting with my human and feline friends. I'm not at all food aggressive and am happy to share meals with others, demonstrating my easy-going nature.

I get along with people and other cats, always seeking out companionship and affection. When picked up, I go limp, trusting completely in the care and love I receive.

I would LOVE to find a home with mama, Hopscotch. We are very bonded and spend our days napping and grooming together. We would prefer to not be separated.

More about this shelter

The Oahu SPCA was founded in April of 2009 and launched its mission, "Every healthy, treatable animal will find a forever home." The overwhelming support of community members was instrumental in helping to establish the first animal shelter in the state of Hawaii with a "no-kill philosophy." On July 18, 2009, 432 animals were relinquished to the Oahu SPCA the Largest Animal Rescue in the history of Hawaii. The Oahu SPCA rescued all 432 animals in 48 hours after the owner of an animal sanctuary in Waianae passes away.
