Sweet Tart is a spirited 2-year-old tan and white dog with an energetic personality and a playful streak. She’s ready to find a home where her lively nature can be appreciated and guided.
Sweet Tart does well on a leash once she`s out of the kennel hallway, where she tends to be reactive. In the yard, she can get jumpy and mouthy when overstimulated, but she responds well to corrections and is eager to learn. She loves playing fetch and will even bring the ball back, making her a great companion for active playtime. She also enjoys cooling off by jumping into the pool, showcasing her fun-loving side.
In playgroup, Sweet Tart’s style is “rough and rowdy selective.” She can be playful but occasionally needs muzzle work to manage her behavior and help with suppression. She has some stimulus control issues but is steerable with guidance, showing potential for improvement with consistent training and patience.
Sweet Tart would thrive in an active home that can provide her with plenty of physical and mental stimulation. With her playful nature and willingness to listen, she has the potential to be a loyal and entertaining companion for the right adopter.
