My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley was brought to the shelter on 7/22/2024 as a surrender. Despite being completely full of dogs, we couldn't turn her sweet face away. She was covered in ticks and needed our help. Sweet Harley has been tied outside since she was adopted from another shelter two months ago. She got a little curious about the chickens and ended up hurting some of them. This sweet girl is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. If you are interested in adopting little Harley, her fee is $200 with an approved application.

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only 2 employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
