Sweet Roxy is around 8 years old. She is very skittish of new people and it may take a couple of meets to make her comfortable. She would do best in a home with no cats, livestock, or farm animals, and can potentially be around other dogs as long as they aren't to pushy or playful as she just wants to co exist with them. She is very sweet once she gets comfortable with you and knows that she is safe. She walk great on leash especially considering her size. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. We do our best to review applications within 24 hours. You will be notified when your application has been approved.
Our adoption fees are $85 for cats and $140 for dogs. All of our animals will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX/ Fiv-Felv tested and UTD on all age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption.

The Humane Society of Warren County is located at 1245 Progress Dr. Front Royal, VA. We are open Thursday-Tuesday from 10:00-4:00 for adoptions. We are closed to the public on Wednesdays for deep cleaning.

The Humane Society of Warren County is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care to abandoned, abused, homeless and neglected animals in our Warren County, VA. We are an open admission shelter and do not turn away any animal in need from within our county. We work very hard to find all the animals in our care wonderful homes.
