Daisy came to us from the pound, minutes away from being put down. She has been with us for almost a year. It has taken a lot of love and patience for her to start to come out of her shell but who can blame her? Her whole life has been in a shelter which can be a very overstimulating environment for some cats. Daisy prefers to hide out in her fuzzy beds and cuddle with friends. She is most affectionate in the mornings or anytime there is wet food around. She just needs a good quiet home to open up in.

Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
