Carhartt is a sweet boy looking for a special home. He does great with other dogs and loves to play. He is still a puppy at heart. Carhartt does get protective over his things, like food and toys, because he had a rough upbringing when these things were not always provided. He needs someone who is willing to continue his training and help him through this. He has so much love to give and just needs someone to give him a chance!

Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
