My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh, hello! I'm Snuggles, a loving bunny girl. You wouldn't guess it based on my gentle nature, but I actually spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was forced to live in a tiny cage and undergo painful experiments. Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm blossoming into the happy bunny that I was always meant to be. Because of my breed, a New Zealand White rabbit, lots of bunny adopters overlook me, as they dislike the red-tint of my eyes. My friends at BFP tell me that my eyes make me unique and that I am beautiful inside and out! I hope that someone decides to open their home to me soon... I promise to be a very special and sweet companion! And who can resist my floppy bunny ears?

I would prefer a home that has: lots of love!

My location: NOWATA, OK

Additional adoption info

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Standardly, Beagle Freedom Project does not facilitate animal meet and greets. Instead, we begin all BFP adoptions with a trial-period; this is called ‘fostering-to-adopt’. At BFP, we believe that the best way for an adopter to be certain that an animal is their perfect match is by giving them an opportunity to truly know each other before finalizing an adoption. As BFP animals come from such traumatic pasts, they can often be shy upon a first meeting. Foster-to-adopt trials allow these special animals an opportunity to decompress and show their authentic personality before an official adoption decision is made.
