Neo is very loving and super energetic. He is a happy dog and just wants to play. We adopted him from shelter about three months ago. Unfortunately he has been able to adapt to our cats. He chases them around the house. It’s too hot for him to be outside so I have to keep him isolated in home if I am not around. Really want to find a loving family that can allow him to be free around home. We love him very much but I am afraid he may hurt the cats.
