Tessa is a 50-pound bundle of sheer joy!! At 11 years old, she is a white pit bull mix with big beautiful eyes that light up when she sees or hears her humans.
Tessa was rescued as a puppy. The entire household welcomed her and loved her so much. She has lived with small kids, another dog, and 2 rather snooty cats!! She welcomes visitors with a smile and a little twirl of excitement. Tessa has been spayed and microchipped. She is up to date on all vaccines.
Tessa is not crate-trained but she is proficient in the use of the doggie door. She loves to run and play in the yard. Tessa has a love/hate relationship with her harness but loves walking on her leash in the neighborhood. Although she is a senior, she is very healthy and active. One of TessaâÂÂs secret loves is sleeping on the couch. Her look of contentment is adorable.
Tessa would love to be adopted with her sister, Onyx, but she is looking for her perfect home, even if thatâÂÂs without her sister.
TessaâÂÂs human mother has become unable to properly care for her due to mental health issues. It is our hope for her that you will take a chance on Tessa. She is a diamond in the rough!!!
