Meet Mischief! Mischief is a beautifully colored brown male tabby with a small white streak on his nose, white paws and chest. He is about a year old, and the sweetest cat you will ever meet. As you can probably guess by his name, he got himself into a bit of mischief that almost cost him his life.
I saw a Facebook post of poor Mischief in a trap looking terrified. The post said that they were looking for the owner of the cat because it had fought with another outdoor cat. Sadly, poor Mischief was taken to the shelter, where, still frightened, he scratched someone on the staff and was then placed on a rabies hold. I immediately knew I had to get him out or, once the hold was up, he would be deemed unadoptable and euthanized.
Once he had a chance to calm down in the shelter, he allowed staff to pet him, the hold was lifted after a few days, and he soon came into foster care. He is a babydoll. He comes to you for pets and scritches, and rubs up against you. He is a love.
Mischief's perfect home would most-likely be with no other cats (probably - we are still getting to know him) with either no children or kids over the age of 9 years old. He would make a great companion cat. Mischief is dewormed, received his FVRCP and rabies vaccines, combo tested negative/negative, and is micrichipped with a lifetime registration. No need to pay to reregister every year - it's done! Interested in a little Mischief? Let us know! GoodMews22@aol.com We are currently running a special on adult cats - just $125.
