My name is Petey!

Hello, I'm Petey! I'm a charming male domestic short-haired orange tabby with white accents, born around April 7, 2020. I recently made my way to Wild Blue from a rescue in Kansas to find a special family to love. Despite being FeLV+ and FIV+, I'm a super friendly guy who loves to snuggle up in laps and soak up all the affection I can get. My new family will need to be mindful of any fluctuations in my health and address them quickly including annual vet visits. I recently had a dental and that will help my mouth feel so much better! One of my favorite activities is being brushed--there's nothing better than a nice grooming session to make me feel loved and pampered. I'm known for my sweet and gentle nature, my long conversations, my kneading skills, and I promise to bring lots of purrs and companionship to the right home. I'm looking for a home with an experienced cat owner who will love me unconditionally and take good care of me. I am a little uncertain around other cats so a very slow introduction following Wild Blue's advice would be necessary.
