Jethro has a play style described as Gumby-like! He’s floppy and soft in play, putting himself in all sorts of silly poses with other dogs. His number one most favorite thing to do in the WHOLE world is play! He loves to flop into his people’s laps for attention, get some scratches, then bounce off to play or nap with his friends.
Speaking of friends, Jethro enjoys the company of his foster siblings and would do well in a home with other dog friends, or he would be fine by himself with regular playdates. As a puppy, he’s been exposed to cats and should do well in a home with a dog-savvy kitty and proper introductions!
Jethro is smart, sensitive, and eager to please! He’s a star in training and will happily learn new tricks for that tasty treat in your pocket! Jethro is age appropriately house and crate trained, too. He’s gaining lots of skills and life experiences at his foster home and he’s ready to show off for his new family!
Jethro is not the most confident party guy out in the world, he tends to be more sensitive and a good listener. His foster family has been enjoying building his confidence in meeting new people and dogs and report that he’s doing really well!

Jethro’s adoption fee is $550. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.
